You've done so much right, it felt a bit bad making a list of things I want you to do more of, and another list of things to cut out

What follows is a first stab at reviewing and articulating a lot of you— Shontae Cone

You want traffic that converts into revenue. That's my guiding assumption anyway. I do know you help people feel better in their own skin. That's how you affect me.

You've got a shit-ton o' juice girl. Pardon the language. I'm not joking ! You all ova' the place!

SHONTAE CONE has BRAND
I did an audit, you have a LOT of top authority when searching (Google) for your name. This is great!

You also come up in the top spots for Hip and Happy. There's a small bit of crossover but between the two 'brands', you have dozens of links. Some with domain authority.

The Best Kind Of Search Engine Juice
Backlinks (no follow and follow links) are great for your search engine rank. Which I call juice. Because, you've got to squeeze it daily or it'll get stale

YOU'RE ALREADY DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT
I intend no 'attitude' in my recommendations, they are formed without benefit of deeper discussion around your goals for your brands, but you're a 'creative'—so, I'd start by systemizing your most productive activities, tracking, measuring and improving daily. To 
keep you abreast of all your projects, keep outgoing communications updated and help you stay focused by delegating stuff you don't have to do yourself.
CURRENT STATE PLUS NOTES
TECHNOLOGY
Your tech stack isn't bad at all. The main site (your Kajabi site) is fine for now. It's spendy, but not if it's making you money.

I don't see any automation set up though. To push content from TikTok, for example, to your website or other destinations.

I don't see tools to help you like auto-schedulers and last, you have ... 

a LOT of moving parts. I'd simplify to amplify. EVEN if you hire someone (like me—hint, hint).

BRAND
You have a strong brand. Two strong brands. More on their way.

Normally I'd tell a client to focus on building one brand at a time. But, you've already successfully put yourself and your company out there plus other teachings and you're being well-received.

INTENTIONAL
Keep being YOU. Plus, develop an intentional schedule (even if it's an unconventional schedule) and intentional content. There's room for spontaneity but strong branding presents a consistent emotion or pull plus Google rewards frequency and relevancy

Every piece of content you put out there is working for you. If it isn't working for you, don't put it out. Or bring it back in.

Reinforce your brand/s by asking, does this (photo, video, message, comment, outfit, typeface, color palette, whatEVER) strengthen the brand? Niching down also pleases Google, Google rewards relevancy.

How do I know what's working best?
A/B TEST EVERYTHANG
Right now, you know TikTok is working for you. Your numbers are off the chart!

That's exactly how we'll know anything works. We'll compare it with other ads, events, courses, articles ... we keep measuring, improving, measuring, improving, measuring, improving—in short, we pay close attention to what's being consumed most, using analytics ... and create more of THAT. On a schedule you define. It will evolve and go in unexpected directions, as interests are always changing. Yours and your readers / watchers / listeners. 

CALL TO ACTION
Every piece of content should show or tell your viewer what to do. "WOO HOO, I FINALLY feel confident, for a second, now what ?!" says me. Call To Actions are missing!
Lead me with a CALL TO ACTION, each step of the way.

Through a Call To Action, guide people to destinations that are working FOR you. Keep high-traffic sites updated and deliver value. Cut the rest. 
TRAFFIC = REVENUE
Traffic converts to revenue.

THE KING OF TRAFFIC
Google is the king of targeted traffic. We want Google to deliver targeted traffic to you. That's Google's job.

We make that easy for Google, by
-supplying fresh content (Google rewards frequency)
-writing strong material (Google rewards quality)
-showing authority in the relevant topic area (rewarding previous success)
-linking to and from similar topics and sites (backlinks are heavily rewarded in search engine rank)
-building backlinks using guest posts, press, publishing videos and shorts, appearing in or creating podcasts and blogging
-get press (you dun it, more of that)
-regular press releases about a key area of study or success stories make great content for publications seeking material

PRESS you say?
You have press. WOOOHOO. You have backlinks from big, important, credible companies that show up at the very top of Google, when someone types in your name. That's BIG

TRACK, GO DEEPER ON WINNERS
Content is perishable. If you've discovered a popular topic among your niche, use that to drive traffic by writing more and using the target keywords. Explore the topic more deeply and invite others to join in. Popularity will fade but you'll be ready with new topics that spike traffic, because we'll be tracking, measuring, improving

CONTENT CONTENT CONTENT
Today's biggest brands are putting out new content, constantly. It's a grind. But, the more words, pictures and videos you put out, the more words, pictures and videos Google will index.

DOMAIN AUTHORITY
Currently your HipandHappy.guru is low on Domain Authority. That's normal for a newish site. Following the tips I've outlined will improve domain authority.

CUT THE WEAK LINKS
Don't compete with yourself. You'll send someone to old, sucky, out-dated content, when you have much better material. Remove the weak links. Cut the dead wood. 

Cut anything outdated (or update those and we'll monitor them). Cut anything with ads. Cut cut cut.

EXAMPLE
A sample destination that's not maintained, https://about.me/shontaecone, yet that link shows up in Google ahead of a great, recent link in a top psychology pub, Psychology Today https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists/shontae-jophlyne-cone-boise-id/768815.
