To get people to go where you want them to go, they'll need to understand the path there. Currently, we aren't leading them to it.

I'll massage the HipandHappy.guru site so that each brand has its own target, its own look and feel while embracing the whole of you, Shontae Cone—name-brand. There's cross-over, which is great, but there's a seriousness for some and an assertiveness to others. 

I'd like to meet today, make visual suggestions by Tuesday and install those Tuesday and Wednesday. But, don't wait to start broadcasting your journey. The new chapter. The gritty beginning — building in public.

I've spent a lot of time digesting what's already been built-out. You've done a TON of work. It won't take much to get you on track. Content. Regularly scheduled content.

You're losing momentum—there are dozens of pretty pieces ... but they don't fit together yet.

You have 12 products/services plus a podcast. Managing building and promoting (that's what a website does, among other things) ALL of these at once is a sure way to fail. Find a way to package them ... 

Simplify and clarify by combining some of your products and services either as packages or as incentives to buy. You get a COURSE with your group subscription. Kajabi already puts each course and community together.

You can hide products and services until you're ready to present them. It will be less confusing to visitors and to us.

Outreach to others your size and bigger ... smaller too, if you like 'em. Outreach to brands. They're looking for you. Outreach to journalists. They're also looking for you.

Consider influencer agencies. So brands can find you and you can find them.

Consider giving people exactly what they seek. Love. Acceptance. Approval. Customers get a RECORDED PHONE CALL, CUSTOM TEXT or PERSONALIZED EMAIL, depending upon participation level. At the lowest level, it could be Embrace You TIP of the DAY ...

People love you. Post every single day, somewhere. We can repurpose the content. Every. Single. Day. Even if you batch content and push it out later. This is critical to the success of increasing traffic and revenue.
